there is a way to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health + make it as common a topic of conversation as physical health?
how?
we just start.
here are some examples of how we can normalize mental health in our everyday conversations:
#SAMEHERE Mission: To normalize society’s perception of mental health and make it part of our everyday conversation.
Our Alliance is asking YOU to join our community that is determined to band together to change the global discussion by sharing the #SameHere message of inclusion.
This is a grassroots initiative and we want you on board as teammates on this mission. We’re always looking for advocates for our #SameHere Advocacy Alliance as well. We are not alone, and the sooner we speak up and accept and celebrate that our life experiences make us ALL a little “crazy,” the sooner we will change the world for the better!
